The Joint Commission recognized the need for an updated go-to-market strategy that presented its integrated capabilities across four divisions and accurately represented its global leadership on quality and safety. Its impact had grown beyond being an accreditor and a healthcare marketplace struggling to maintain quality and safety amid cost controls would benefit from its leadership. The opportunity to pursue its mission was clear as was the need to refresh its brand with an updated message and visual storytelling.
